Archlinux, just like their official website said, is “a lightweight and flexible Linux® distribution that tries to Keep It Simple”. It is better for personal use than Ubuntu which is running on my tower server. I have tried Windows 10/11 and MacOS on my personal laptop, but none of them can make me satisfy. After trying the tilling windows manager such as i3wm on Ubuntu, I don’t want to back to other desktop environment. Heard that arch has an excellent package manager, so I decide to have a try. In view of the complexity of the installation process, it is hereby documented as follows.
